These supplemental courses are designed for general educational, operational, and business improvement purposes only and may be adapted to your agency, insurer, or surety compliance requirements
**Insurance Pre-Licensing & Continuing Education (ExamFX). Ohio Bail Bond Academy LLC partners with ExamFX, an approved insurance education provider, to offer Insurance Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education (CE) courses for Property & Casualty and Personal Lines, as well as select CE subjects where available by state. All insurance pre-licensing and continuing education courses are provided, administered, and certified by ExamFX. ExamFX is solely responsible for course delivery, compliance with state insurance department requirements, and issuance of Certificates of Completion. Ohio Bail Bond Academy does not issue insurance pre-licensing or CE certificates for Property & Casualty or Personal Lines and is not the approved provider for those lines of authority. Students will complete enrollment, coursework, recieve certificate(s), exams (if required), and CE reporting directly through the ExamFX platform. Course availability, credit hours, and licensing requirements vary by state.
***Upon successful completion of the required Ohio Surety Bail Bonds Agent Pre-Licensing Education, applicants will receive a Course Completion Certificate corresponding to that specific line of authority. This certificate remains valid for 180 calendar days from the date of issuance. To be eligible for the state examination, applicants must present the original, unaltered certificate(s) for each relevant line of authority. Failure to provide the original certificate(s) at the time of examination will result in ineligibility to sit for the exam.
