 1. Acceptance of Terms and Binding Agreement By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing, or using any course, content, or service provided through ohiobailacademy.com or the associated Zoho TrainerCentral learning platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, Enrollment Agreement, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you (“Student,” “User,” or “You”) and Ohio Bail Bond Academy LLC (“Academy,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). If you do not agree to all provisions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the website or enroll in any course. 

2. Nature of Services and Educational Purpose Ohio Bail Bond Academy LLC is an Ohio Department of Insurance–approved pre-licensing education provider oAering educational instruction related to the Ohio Surety Bail Bond Agent license. The Academy provides online digital education through the Zoho TrainerCentral platform. The Academy does not: • Grant licenses • Approve license applications • Guarantee licensure • Guarantee examination passage • Guarantee eligibility • Guarantee employment, Licensing eligibility, residency requirements, and approval determinations are governed solely by the Ohio Department of Insurance pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code and related administrative regulations. The Academy does not make determinations regarding eligibility and assumes no responsibility for a student’s failure to qualify for licensure due to residency, criminal history, financial status, statutory disqualification, or any other regulatory barrier. 

 3. Tuition, Payment, and Financial Terms The tuition for the Ohio Surety Bail Bonds Agent Pre-Licensing Course is $199.00, payable in full at the time of enrollment. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize PayPal to process the transaction in accordance with its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Ohio Bail Bond Academy LLC does not store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or full financial account credentials. Payment disputes, reversals, and chargebacks are subject to PayPal’s policies and procedures. Access to course materials is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. 

 4. No Refund Policy All course purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary digital course content upon enrollment, refunds will not be issued once payment has been completed and access has been granted. This no refund policy applies regardless of: • Residency ineligibility • Inability to qualify for licensure • Failure to complete the course • Failure to pass the licensing examination • Personal hardship • Change of career decision • Misunderstanding of eligibility requirements. By enrolling, you aAirm that you have independently verified your eligibility with the Ohio Department of Insurance and understand that tuition is non-refundable. 

 5. Account Registration and Responsibility Students must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including: • Full legal name • Residential address • Date of birth • Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number • Valid email address • Contact phone number You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing, password distribution, screen recording, redistribution of content, or allowing third-party access is strictly prohibited. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if account misuse, content theft, or policy violations are detected. 

 6. Collection of Personal and Sensitive Information To comply with regulatory and educational recordkeeping requirements, we collect and process personal information, including: • Full name • Residence address • Email and phone number • Date of birth • Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number • IP address • Login timestamps • Course progress data The last four digits of SSN and date of birth are collected for identity verification, regulatory record accuracy, and fraud prevention purposes only. We do not collect full Social Security numbers.

7. Data Storage, Security, and Platform Hosting Course services are hosted through Zoho TrainerCentral. Student data is stored on secure servers maintained by Zoho Corporation in accordance with its security infrastructure and policies. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal and sensitive information. Administrative access to student records is restricted and password-controlled. While we take commercially reasonable steps to safeguard information, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk. 

 8. Intellectual Property Rights All course materials, including but not limited to: • Videos • Text • Course outlines • Quizzes • Downloadable documents • Educational frameworks • Branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Ohio Bail Bond Academy LLC. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, recording, redistribution, public display, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in: • Immediate termination of access • Civil liability • Legal action.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes By enrolling in any course, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in contradiction to the stated refund policy. In the event of a dispute, the Academy reserves the right to provide documentation including: • Enrollment records • Payment confirmation • IP login logs • Course progress data • A copy of this Agreement to PayPal, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under Ohio law, Ohio Bail Bond Academy LLC shall not be liable for: • Licensing denial • Residency disqualification • Examination failure • Regulatory action • Business losses • Lost profits • Technical outages • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages The maximum liability of the Academy shall not exceed the tuition paid by the student. 

11. Privacy Rights and Data Requests Students may request access to personal information maintained by the Academy and request correction of inaccurate data. Certain records may be retained where required by regulatory or legal obligations.

 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of Ohio. 

 13. Amendments The Academy reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on ohiobailacademy.com with a revised eAective date. Continued use of the website or course platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. 

Tuition 

 The tuition for the Ohio Surety Bail Bonds Agent Pre-Licensing Education Course is $199.00. Tuition grants the enrolled student access to the full online course curriculum for a period of six (6) months from the date of enrollment, unless otherwise extended by the Academy in writing. All tuition payments must be paid in full prior to access being granted. Refund Policy **All course purchases are final and non-refundable ** Upon enrollment and payment, students are granted immediate access to proprietary digital course materials, curriculum content, and educational resources. Due to the nature of digital access and the immediate availability of course materials, no refunds will be issued once a course has been purchased, regardless of: 

• Student eligibility for licensure
• Residency status 
• Failure to complete the course 
• Failure to pass the licensing examination 
• Personal circumstances 
• Change of career plans 

 Licensing Eligibility NOTICE 

Licensing eligibility requirements are determined solely by the Ohio Department of Insurance under the Ohio Revised Code. It is the sole responsibility of the student to: 

• Verify residency requirements
• Confirm eligibility for resident or non-resident licensure 
• Review all applicable statutory requirements prior to enrollment

Ohio Bail Bond Academy LLC does not guarantee licensure or eligibility and is not responsible for a student’s inability to qualify for licensure based on residency or other statutory requirements. 

 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes 

By enrolling in this course, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Tuition & Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing course materials may be considered a violation of this agreement. The Academy reserves the right to provide enrollment records, login activity, and course progress documentation in response to any dispute. Policy Acknowledgment By enrolling in the Ohio Surety Bail Bonds Agent Pre-Licensing Education Course, the student confirms that they: 

• Have read and understand the Tuition & Refund Policy
• Understand that tuition is non-refundable 
• Have verified their eligibility with the Ohio Department of Insurance
